ve been taking Symprove for about two years and it’s made a noticeable difference to my gut health and digestion. I have been using Symprove
I have been using Symprove Mango & Passionfruit for my gut health and overall I think it is a good product, even if it is not perfect. It is a liquid probiotic that you drink every morning before breakfast, which is different from capsules, and at first it felt a bit strange to take it on an empty stomach. The mango and passionfruit flavour is fruity and fresh but also a little sour and acidic, so some people may not like the taste, but I got used to it after a few days. After around two weeks I noticed that my digestion felt better, I had less bloating and my stomach felt more comfortable after eating, although the results were not immediate and I think you need to be patient and take it regularly. The price is quite high compared to other probiotics, which is a disadvantage, but I like that it is vegan and dairy free and feels like a quality product. In my opinion it can be helpful for people who have digestive problems, but it may not work the same for everyone.
