I feel the difference!
Being vegan I need a good iron supplement. I was taking one which didn't seem to help my feelings of being iron deficient. After a few days of taking the Terranova Easy Iron, I started to feel stronger and have more energy and didn't feel breathless going up my garden - which is very steep!
