Not great
I had bought this after having used a soft LED mask which I didn't like. I thought a hard shell one might be better for me and I liked that this had different lights. But in reality, this is pretty heavy and uncomfortable and you can't lie down with it. I didn't like the vibrations, and because your nose and mouth are covered, I felt a sense of claustrophobia, and condensation would build up inside the mask which made the experience very unpleasant. I gave it a good go despite these issues, but now it's sitting there collecting dust. I didn't really notice any difference with my skin either.
