Suggested use
Mix one (1) level scoop with 10-12 ounces of cold water or your favourite beverage, ideally 30 minutes after your workout. On rest days, take one (1) scoop in the morning. Can be enjoyed with food.

The taste doesn’t bother me
The taste doesn’t bother me like other creatines do. We’ve already finished two tubs of the Creatine HMB - Black Cherry, and overall we’ve been really happy with it. It’s easy to take, tastes pleasant, and has been a much better experience compared to other creatines we’ve tried.
