Suggested use
1. START with two scoops.

    Solid option

    Been using this vega powder for about a month now mainly after the gym. I find its easy on the stomach which is a big plus for me as other whey proteins have caused issues in the past. The flavour is good not too overpowering and it mixes without any clumps in a standard shaker bottle which is a relief. It seems to be helping with recovery and i dont feel as sore the next day. A bit pricey but for the quality you get I think it's worth it. Overall a solid product.
