Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take dropperfuls (2mL) a day. One serving is approximately 40-44 drops.

    I have purchased Goldenseal twice

    I have purchased Goldenseal twice and add it occasionally to my Dads water and drinks for his UTI’s. It contains berberine, which may stop bacteria like E. coli from sticking to the walls of the bladder. It is not a replacement for antibiotics, which are needed to treat serious UTI infections, but I use Goldenseal occasionally as a potential preventative measure. Just be aware that in some people it can cause gastrointestinal distress in high doses, so best to use occasionally.
