I like and feel like I benefit from using this supplement, I have finished the first bottle and bought another and that tells you I really like it. The orange flavour is very pleasant, it's easy to add more drops daily for a higher dose, all in all I recommend this supplement and Healf has the best prices on supplements, so thanks to Healf as well for making it affordable.
3 drops = 1000iu, but I like to gave 3000iu, so I’m not sure how long this bottle will last me. I like that it has K2 in the mix cause you have to increase your K2 with your vitamin D intake.
Great flavour easy to use Lasts for a long time
Used it for a year I think it work
Brought this for my mum still too early to comment if it's working or not
A staple for keeping my immune system in check and avoiding colds.
