The Waver Vibration Plate - White uses gentle oscillating movement to deliver an effective full-body workout that's easy on the joints. Suggested use

Place the Waver on a level, non-slip floor with at least 1.8 m (6 ft) of clearance on all sides.

Stand on the plate with knees and arms slightly bent and heels slightly lifted.

Use the remote control or control panel to choose one of 10 preset 15-minute programs (P0-P9) or create a custom manual-mode workout (1-15 minutes, speed levels 1-99).

Begin with short, low-intensity sessions and build up gradually.

Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day.
