Vital Essence 1 is a specialist prenatal multivitamin formulated to support nutritional needs during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. This early stage of development is characterised by rapid cell division and increased maternal nutrient demand, making targeted nutritional support especially important.
The formula provides 400 µg of folate in its active 5-MTHF form, which contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. It also includes iron to support normal oxygen transport and help reduce tiredness and fatigue, alongside iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid function and cognitive function. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function during pregnancy.

Suggested use
Suitable for daily use by women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Take 2 capsules per day with a cold drink, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsules can be taken together or split throughout the day.
