As best as possible, I only eat what is God-given, not man-made. Organic, seasonal, real food. I also avoid eating in the final hours before sleep.
Use it or lose it. I love movement. Tennis, skiing, golf, hiking, sprinting, lifting, riding. Mobility is key. The mind and body are interlinked and wherever you have limitation, you lose access to life and living.
