For best results, first dissolve the extract in a little hot water before adding it to juices or smoothies.
Topical Application: Mix Bamboo Tabashir Extract with pure water and, if desired, additional natural ingredients to create a gentle foaming scrub for face, body, or hair. It can also be added to natural shampoos. For exfoliation, combine the powder with Celtic Sea Salt and massage into the skin as desired.
