Core Pregnancy+ brings together folate, iron, vitamin D3 and other micronutrients in a three-capsule serving. It contains 800µg of folate as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and 10mg of iron as ferrous bisglycinate. Folate has a role in the process of cell division, while iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.

The formula includes vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal energy-yielding metabolism. With added vitamin D3, it also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

Alongside its vitamins and minerals, Core Pregnancy+ contains VitaCholine® choline, coenzyme Q10 and extracts of ginger, beetroot and cranberry. Core Pregnancy+ can be added to a mother’s daily supplement routine.
