Creatine Monohydrate (Creavitalis®).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
5g of powder a day (1 scoop = 5g).
Listen to your body. It can take a little time to adjust to creatine. In the first couple of weeks, you might feel a bit bloated or even slightly nauseous. This is normal. Creatine draws water into your muscles, which, on the one hand, will give you the definition you came here for, but can feel uncomfortable for some at first.
It is recommended to start with a smaller dose. Try 2.5g for the first week or two and see how you feel (some women in the Bare Biology team found this worked well). Once you feel happy, and your body is reacting well to High Flyer, work up to 5g. Research from the International Society of Sports Nutrition suggests that 5g daily is effective and well tolerated by most people, with common dosages ranging between 3-5g.
