I love this low dose
I love this low dose B12. I’d had injections previously for a deficiency so knew the hydroxocobalamin agrees with me - I find all the methyl B vitamins too overstimulating. A couple of drops of this a day was perfect so this is my second bottle! Prefer this to tablets and seems to work better for me.
