Compact Mat - Charcoal is a versatile exercise mat that combines 12mm of cushioning with a compact, foldable design. It provides a supportive surface for yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength training, and core workouts, while remaining easy to carry between home, studio, and travel sessions.
When unfolded, the mat creates a moisture-wicking, non-slip exercise surface to support stable movement throughout your workout. It can also be folded into a supportive fitness block, adding extra versatility for stretches, mobility work, and selected exercises without the need for additional equipment.
