crucial for sauna blanket
I can't imagine using my sauna blanket without it. It left some fluff on my skin for the first few uses but after several washes that stopped. It is pretty thick, so it may take a bit to line dry after washing so I may buy another one. Excellent product that really does the job.

This insert is honestly a must-have if you own the higherdose blanket. It makes the whole process so much cleaner and I just throw it in the wash afterwards. it's soft and doesn't get scratchy or anything. Really happy I got it, makes me use the blanket more often now tbh

Would be 5 stars but the humans that program the ‘shop’ app bot prompting to review far far too early - as for the sauna insert 1) feels great 2) does what it proposes… very well although a bit short and narrow especially for tall people! Good reliable and trustworthy courier… no unnecessary time and energy wasting drama’s… hurrah to the supplier!
