Drink at least 470-590ml of water, then remove heavy clothing, shoes and jewellery and put on comfortable, breathable long sleeves, pants and socks.

Unfold the RejuvaWrap logo-side up on a flat, heat-resistant surface, plug the controller connector into the jack on the underside of the blanket and plug the power cable into an outlet.

Press the Power button, select a temperature level (1-9, default level 1 at 95-104°F / 35-40°C) and a session time (5-60 minutes, default 50 minutes), place the controller on a heat-resistant surface nearby, then climb into the blanket as you would a sleeping bag and close the zipper with your head outside at the top.

The RejuvaWrap reaches full temperature in about 10-15 minutes and automatically switches off when the session ends; press the Power button at any time to stop early.

Allow the blanket to cool for at least 30 minutes before cleaning, folding or storing, and drink plenty of water afterwards.

Do not use for more than 60 minutes in any 24-hour period, and wait at least 24 hours between sessions.
