ONCE THE RED LIGHTS ARE ILLUMINATED, PUT THE HAT ON YOUR HEAD:
The battery will beep after the 10-minute treatment is up.
USE THE RED LIGHT HAT DAILY FOR 10 MINUTES FOR 16 WEEKS:
Follow up with regular maintenance treatment 3-4 times a week.

No visible improvement
Used this exactly as intended, 10 minutes every single day for 5 months and tracked progress with before and after photos. The result: zero visible improvement. No regrowth, no thicker hair, no change to my hairline at all. Five months of daily use is more than enough time to expect at least something, and I got nothing. It’s comfortable enough to wear, but comfort isn’t what I paid for. Based on my own consistent use, I can’t recommend it. If you’re buying this expecting visible results, manage your expectations.

120 LEDs is very poor for the price! 650nm is the standard. Beauty Pie have just started selling exact same spec cap for under £200. Rip off.
