High quality but unpleasant taste
I have no doubt in the strength of these vitamins but unfortunately the taste was absolutely awful and unbearable. I had to bin these so wouldn’t recommend!

Suggested use
Take 1-2 sachets a day. Squeeze sachet into a shot glass amount of water or juice. Best taken on an empty stomach to speed up the absorption. Do not blend, process or put in hot water
