Easy to Stomach
The flavour of this liquid vitamin is fruit but mild. It is not offensively sweet, which I like. However, the serving size is rather small for the price. . . and I was lucky enough to get mine on discount. A full bottle will last you half a month. There are other alternatives which are fairer in price. I have noticed since using this liquid biotin in comparison to the tablet biotin I broke out in a little acne - which is a good sign for me. As I was taking the pills for ages and convinced my body was just flushing them outs straight away. Hopefully I get a decent kick-start towards some hair-growth with this that will support my de-transition back to biotin pills as I cannot justify the price for the serving you get. Sorry.
