Ingredients
Magnesium (MOXiO3™ )(as Ozonated Magnesium Oxides), Potassium (as Potassium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)
Suggested use
Mix 1/2 teaspoon with 8 oz. of water and drink on an empty stomach. Daily dosage will vary depending on individual and intended purpose. If needed, decrease the dosage for maintenance. Results may vary.

    My favourite supplement!

    Out of all the things I do to manage my gut health, this is my all round favourite! Yes it is effective in making me regular, 3 times a day is my optimum and it is gentle, you can take more if you want to really clean yourself out! But 1/2 tsp is fine. And the main thing I’m in love with is that it makes me wake up clear headed, excited for life and happy! Whenever I feel I’m constantly sluggish or even anxious, this helps my mental health so much. Thank you!
