I bought the methyl folate oral spray as I am unable to take folic acid tablets due to Gerd. I only take 1 spray a day and it has already helped. Taste is fine. I had to contact customer services and they responded straight away and helped me with my questions. Delivery was very quick. Nothing negative to say.
