Orthomol Natal Powder is a carefully formulated micronutrient supplement designed to support the increased nutritional demands of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Each daily serving provides folic acid, which contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The formulation also includes DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infant when consumed at an intake of 300 mg DHA per day. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, while iodine and selenium contribute to normal thyroid function.

Orthomol Natal Powder also supplies calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and folic acid, all of which have a role in the process of cell division. Vitamins C, B6, B12, folic acid, iron, zinc, selenium, and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while selected micronutrients help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

The formulation is further complemented by lactic acid bacteria cultures, lutein, and zeaxanthin, creating a well-rounded nutritional profile suitable for daily use throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Suggested use

Stir the contents of one sachet daily into 150–200 ml of still water and take it with or before a meal, together with the capsules from the sachet and one capsule from the blister pack.
