Orthomol Vital f Granules is a daily food supplement combining vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients. The formula includes vitamin B12 and magnesium, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B12 and magnesium also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The nutrient blend includes vitamins A, C, D, E and K, B vitamins, minerals and trace elements, alongside omega-3 fatty acids from EPA and DHA.

Suggested use

Stir the contents of one sachet daily into 150–200 ml of still water and take it with or after a meal, together with the tablet and capsules.
