Paleovalley’s 100% grass fed organ complex is a great way to receive the benefits of beef liver, heart and kidney without needing to cook or tolerate the taste. The ideal way to maintain the fragile nutrients and enzymes found in organ meats is to eat them raw, so Paleovalley gently freeze-dry the organs in order to preserve as many of these nutrients as possible.
Beef Liver - The most nutrient-rich organ of all is the liver. It contains vitamins A, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, and B12. It also is rich in the minerals zinc, iron, phosphorus, copper and selenium.
Beef Heart - There is a significant amount of CoQ10 in beef hearts, which is essential for cardiovascular health. It is full of vitamins A, B12, folate, iron, selenium, phosphorus, zinc and a great source of copper. Beef heart contains amino acids, including glycine and proline which are crucial for connective tissue, joint and digestive health.
Beef Kidney - One of the best known sources of selenium is beef kidney, which helps to support immunity, blood flow, thyroid function, fertility, and has powerful antioxidant properties. Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we’ll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
