I’ve been looking for something to mix up my usual training and this does the job. It’s lower intensity than I’m used to, but I still feel the burn! I do think the kit is expensive for what it is though, which is why I’ve given it 4 stars and not 5.

I’ve been doing mat pilates for a while but wanted to add some resistance, this equipment has been a lovely addition. It allows for such unique movements you cant replicate with just bands. Really lovely :)
