Strap: 5cm Elastic Strap, 8cm Elastic Strap W/3 Lines Of Silicone Waves, 5cm Velcro, 8cm Metal Hooks And Loops

Suggested use
Create a clear workout space, free from sharp or rough surfaces that could damage your ball.
Keep out of direct sunlight.
Inspect for nicks or scratches before each use.
Clean the ball gently with a soft cloth and warm soapy water—avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.
For travel, semi-deflate your ball.
6.5 inches when deflated, 18-21 inches when inflated. Full inflation is 18-21 inches in circumference. If the ball softens over time, simply re-inflate using the included pump.
(The needle is stored in the pump handle. Dip the needle in water before inserting.)

Feel the BuRn 🔥
The first time i used this I was shaking all over the place, my balance was shocking and my legs felt like jelly afterwards. It really isolates those little stabiliser muscles that you dont normally work. My core feels stronger and I can see a difference in my thighs for sure. The ball is kinda squishy and comfortable to use, and the straps are easy to adjust.
