Vitamin D3 1000 IU (25 μg) provides vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, sourced from fish liver oil. Each softgel delivers 1000 IU (25 μg) of vitamin D3, a fat-soluble nutrient with important roles in supporting overall health.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, and muscle function. It also supports the normal function of the immune system, contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and helps maintain normal blood calcium levels. Suggested use
