Fiddly to fit and stay put overnight
A bit fiddly to fit, but once you get the hang of it it's fine. Still not entirely sure it's worth the money.

I’ve tried several different brands
I’ve tried several different brands of mouth tape and found these work best for me. I don’t wake myself up snoring and am sleeping well now. They stick, and importantly, remove well. No skin issues either. They have a little vent which helps with breathing. One problem I had with other tapes was waking up feeling like I was suffocating. That hasn’t happened with SomniFix. Neither have I removed it in my sleep! They have lost one star because I don’t like their slightly chemical smell.
