This is extra virgin olive oil done properly. Sourced from Puglia in southern Italy and co-crushed with fresh lemon at the point of pressing, The Olive Library's Olive Oil and Lemon delivers a clean, vibrant flavour with a naturally smooth finish.

High-polyphenol olive oil is defined by its concentration of naturally occurring plant compounds found in the olive fruit. Polyphenol levels depend on olive variety, harvest timing, and how the oil is produced. The Olive Library sources and produces with all of that in mind.

Why The Olive Library is Healf

What sets The Olive Library apart is the co-crushing process. Fresh olives and Italian lemons are pressed together at the same time, so the citrus becomes part of the oil itself rather than a flavouring added afterwards. The result is a naturally bright, balanced taste that you wouldn't get any other way. Each batch is also independently lab-tested for polyphenol content, so what's on the label is exactly what's in the bottle.

The Olive Library is a personal curation by founder Nick Ednie, built on a genuine love of olive oil and a desire to reconnect with his Greek heritage. Every oil on offer is one Nick has personally tried and chosen to share, sourced from small Mediterranean producers with generations of knowledge behind them. It's not a mass-market catalogue, it's a considered collection built around quality, traceability, and a deep respect for one of the oldest culinary traditions in the world. For Nick, The Olive Library is as much about telling the story of olive oil as it is about selling it.
