I personally haven't used this as originally bought them to help with my wife's sleep. Make a real difference
I have been using this for nearly 2 months and I can really notice a difference in my sleep quality. Being peri menopausal my sleep had begun to be broken - since taking these I sleep so well - my Oura ring tell me so too!c Sleep score has increased. Slightly funky taste to capsules that put me off initially, but I weirdly love it now . . . think it's because I know they are doing the trick. Have definitely worked for me!
