Key Benefits
Dip Out is a vitamin patch that brings together nutrients and botanicals to support relaxation and the body’s stress response. Each patch combines calming botanicals such as valerian root, passionflower, and hops, which interact with the body’s natural calming pathways. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and helps release physical tension, while L-theanine supports a relaxed yet focused state of mind. Ashwagandha, an adaptogen, supports the body’s response to stress, and vitamin D contributes to normal immune and muscle function. With Patchtech™ slow-release delivery, nutrients are absorbed gradually through the skin, providing steady support for up to 12 hours.
I absolutely love this product, I am someone who naturally wakes up at 9 am and doesn’t have the ability to fall back asleep, with this patch I can wake up, go to the bathroom and fall back asleep within 20 mins! It makes the sleep deeper and feel more restorative (as someone who has just come off prescription sleep meds of 6 years). I always order 2x at a time because I cannot be without!
These are helping me relax and chill out before bed.
I like the idea of patches as they are so easy to use without the need for additional pills. I think they work.
Didn’t help with sleep at all
I was very skeptical about these patches at first. I couldn’t understand how something applied to the skin could have such an effect—although, to be fair, aromatherapy, nicotine patches, and contraceptive patches all work the same way. I have to say I’m genuinely impressed. They help me feel calmer, and I definitely sleep better when I use them. I also tried one on my daughter, and the next morning I could barely get her out of bed for her workout—which has never happened before because she never says no to an early gym session. She even told me it was one of the best nights of sleep she’s ever had. These patches really do work, and I’m really surprised.
I buy these on repeat, they are AMAZING! Such an easy way to wind down before bed, no tablets to swallow, just pop a Dip Out on and look forward to a restorative & restful sleep :)
