Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) level scoop with 10-12 ounces of cold water (or any beverage of choice) 30 minutes following your workout. On non-workout days, take one (1) scoop in the morning. This product can be taken with food.

Unpleasant smell and taste
I was hoping this would be a nice way to work my creatine in, but it doesn’t taste very good and has a very strong smell. It’s so expensive that I feel the need to continue choking it down. I love Transparent Labs protein powders, so I was really surprised and disappointed by this.
