Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle - Matte Black
“Slowing down my coffee making turned it into a calming daily ritual.”

Adam's non-negotiables
EAT
Protein at every main meal. It's the anchor that keeps everything else from wobbling.
MOVE
I have to move my body somehow every day — lift, carry, flow, walk, hit the bag — or my mood and focus slide fast.
MIND
If an external input reliably pulls me into negative thinking, it's gone. Unfollow, mute, block, delete. Protect the mind.
SLEEP
If I'm not staying up for something that genuinely serves my body, family, mind or work, I take the early night.
