Suggested use

Not for us
Sadly the whole fanily did not like the taste of this product. I thought this may be a good alternative to gummy vitamins for our children. Sadly the children really disliked the taste. Its super strong and I haven't been able to disguise well in drinks or food. I have been caught out eat time. Due to this we haven't been able to understand the benefits
