Brass Monkey was inspired by founder Dan Bosomworth’s personal experience with the benefits of cold therapy after turning a chest freezer into an ice bath. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365 day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com and we’ll send you a return slip and help to arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received, and inside the original packaging. Once received we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

MAINTENANCE:
The Ice Bath is designed to be low-maintenance, allowing users to focus more on their practice.
Monthly: Replace the particle filter. Three filters are provided with the initial purchase.
Every 3 Months: Empty and refill the water.
Every 6 Months: Replace the UV bulb and perform a full system flush.
To help maintain water cleanliness for an extended period, it is recommended to take a quick shower before using the Ice Bath.
