Release tension, support mobility and make everyday recovery feel effortless.
Founded in 2015 by Tate and Hannah Stock, Chirp started with a simple mission: help people Feel Good so they can Do More. Frustrated by recovery options that were either difficult to use or easy to ignore, they set out to create professional-grade tools simple enough to become part of everyday life. The result is a considered approach to recovery built around movement, adventure and spending more time doing what you love.
The Chirp range centres around its signature Wheel+ back rollers, designed to open up the chest, stretch the back and target hard-to-reach areas of tension. Unlike a traditional foam roller, the Chirp Wheel+ uses a contoured wheel shape and patented Spinal Canal to target the muscles alongside the spine while reducing direct pressure on the vertebrae.
Designed for stretching, muscle release and everyday back care, Chirp back rollers can help you loosen tight areas, support flexibility and make recovery easier to return to; whether it’s after training, a long day at your desk or your latest adventure. The right Chirp Wheel depends on how much pressure you want, and where you want it. As a rule, smaller wheels feel more targeted and intense, while larger wheels give you a gentler, broader stretch. The 2" works well under the feet, the 4" is made for the neck, the 6" brings deeper pressure, the 10" is the versatile all-rounder, and the 12" is best for a more relaxed back stretch.
The Chirp Wheel works by applying controlled pressure to the muscles around your spine, helping to release built-up tension and encourage a deeper stretch. This process is known as myofascial release; essentially, helping tight muscles relax so your back can move more freely.
Chirp Wheels are narrower and more targeted than a traditional foam roller. At 5" wide, they’re designed to focus pressure along the muscles around the spine and between the shoulder blades, rather than rolling across the whole back at once. Different wheel diameters also change the intensity: smaller wheels deliver more focused pressure, while larger wheels feel broader and gentler.
