Magnesium Oil Spray provides 100 mg of elemental magnesium per 1 ml (6 sprays), using magnesium chloride in a simple, water-based formulation. Designed for topical use, it can be applied directly to the skin as part of a daily routine.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports electrolyte balance.

Apply to clean skin on the torso, legs or arms and massage in. A mild tingling sensation may occur during initial use.

For best results, apply liberally and rub well into clean skin of torso, legs, or arms. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes if desired. It is normal to experience a tingling sensation during initial use.
