Here are our top tips for using your Brave Clarity tincture

+ Use markings on the pipette to measure your dose with care
+ For swift absorption, take directly under your tongue. For a gentle approach add your dose to water, herbal tea or tonic for a refreshing drink.

You may intuitively choose to increase your dose in times of heightened need, but do not exceed 1.5ml up to three times a day.
