Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. Up to 30% of all the protein in your body is collagen protein. Up to 70% of skin, hair, nails and nearly 100% of connective tissues are made from collagen. Collagen loss most often happens during the natural ageing process, but can be due to lifestyle factors such as poor sleep, excess sugar consumption, nutrient deficiencies, lack of physical activity and more.
This formula contains two different types of collagen to cover a wider range of benefits. Ancient Nutrition’s fermented eggshell membrane collagen has been backed by human clinical studies and shown to reduce exercise-induced joint discomfort. While bovine collagen comes from sustainable sources that are grass-fed and pasture-raised, cruelty-free, and made without hormones. Bovine collagen peptides offer collagen types I and III, and provide support for healthy nails, gut, joints and skin. It’s then hydrolyzed for absorption, collagen and amino acids are broken up into smaller units that are easy for your body to digest and use.
On top of that, each serving includes 2 billion CFU of an SBO probiotic strain called Bacillus coagulans, a particularly effective strain of bacteria for a healthy gut, digestive function, bowel transit time and healthy gut flora. The bacteria is enhanced with acacia fibre, a beneficial prebiotic fibre that helps the bacteria thrive in your gut. It’s known to be easier on the gut than many other fibres.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
