Begin with 1–3 grams daily, up to twice per day, or take as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
For best results, first dissolve the extract in a little hot water before adding it to juices or smoothies.
Topical Application: Mix Bamboo Tabashir Extract with pure water and, if desired, additional natural ingredients to create a gentle foaming scrub for face, body, or hair.
