Bearaby Cotton Weighted Blanket has been medically proven to aid naturally deeper sleep cycles. Its unique, chunky knit design ensures even weight distribution on your body that stimulates the production of serotonin, reduces cortisol and increases melatonin, which helps you sleep faster and longer.
The blanket is recommended to weigh around 10% of your body weight, this blanket weight 7kg (15lbs) and has a measurement of 40”x72”.
