Better than average
I liked the sound of these tablets for gut health and purchased in my first order from Healf. I didn’t like the smell or the aftertaste of them unfortunately. I did notice they kept me regular but I think they were quite expensive for the quantity of capsules. I have not repurchased as I have chosen a probiotic multivitamin instead.

Used these for 4 months, did find them an effective product but not sure it justifies the cost for me personally so am swapping for a less expensive product to see if it’s as effective.
