    Handy

    I bought this device following my recent complicated left foot injury and undergoing a full body red light therapy at a clinic. This is perfect for targeting different parts of my foot while avoiding others (a recent incision from a surgery). It seems quite strong and concentrated compared to my other red light devices - it really does feel like a pocket rocket. In combination with a separately bought flexible goose-neck holder, I can position it precisely where I need and stay comfortable while the device is doing it's thing. I was hoping to use it on my face more, but I haven't been very consistent, as I find trying to avoid letting the light hit my eyes while still getting good coverage of other areas of my face seems to be a bit too faffy, so I will probably just buy the face mask at some point. It definitely speeds up healing of aggrevated spots, so I still use it on my face for these situations.
