Caraway’s Small Rectangle Pan is designed to make smaller servings simple and stress-free. Ideal for brownies, lasagnas, and casseroles for one to two people, its compact size fits neatly into tight kitchens and smaller appliances.

The proprietary ceramic coating provides a smooth, non-stick surface that allows food to release easily while supporting quick, fuss-free cleanup. An aluminised steel core ensures fast, even heating for consistent results across both sweet and savoury dishes.

Free from PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium, this pan offers peace of mind with every bake. It’s oven safe up to 550°F, easy to clean with a simple wipe, and includes complimentary storage organizers to help keep your kitchen organised.

Care & Cleaning

BEFORE BAKING: Preheat your oven to your desired temperature before adding your Bakeware. Avoid putting empty pans into the oven. Coat with flour or a light amount of oil or butter before food is added, per recipe instructions.

DURING BAKING: Our Bakeware’s aluminized steel core allows for even heat distribution. For your first few uses, closely monitor your heat setting to dial in on the perfect baking temperature or oven time and adjust recipes as needed.

AFTER BAKING: Allow your Bakeware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.
