Suggested use
Adults take 3 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favourite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
CAUTION: Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant, nursing mothers, children under 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. My only negative is I
My only negative is I still don’t understand why higher quality brands like Codeage don’t use glass bottles and sell refill packs? I really like this product but getting very annoyed by the plastic bottles filling up in my recycling. This is my favourite magnesium for brain health!
