Salty Fig & Roasted Almond features four dark chocolate squares filled with roasted almond butter, dried figs, carob and a pinch of salt. Each piece is coated in rich, organic, single-origin dark chocolate, creating a balanced blend of sweet and savoury flavours.

Developed in collaboration with holistic chef Vanessa Breuer, it draws inspiration from the fig, carob and almond trees found in coastal environments.

It contains no artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. Made with traceable cacao, it is vegan, certified organic, and produced in France using recyclable packaging.

Salty Fig & Roasted Almond contains no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols like erythritol or xylitol, no highly processed inulin, no artificial flavours or colours, no industrial emulsifiers such as soy lecithin, and no palm oil or refined industrial oils. Each nut butter chocolate has on average 80% less sugar than a regular chocolate bar, without replacing it with synthetic substitutes, using instead a small touch of dates—2g or less per piece—for gentle natural sweetness. The recipe focuses on organic nut purées infused with herbs, plants, flowers and fruits, all coated in artisanal single-origin chocolate made in France with ethically sourced cacao from cooperatives in Ecuador and São Tomé, fully traceable from source to bar.
