I only recently started looking
I only recently started looking into histamine intolerance and realised it could explain a lot of symptoms I’d been putting down to general inflammation or poor digestion. DAO enzyme has been a really useful support alongside more generalised digestive enzymes for me. I seem to notice the immediate affect of digestive enzymes when taken with a meal, whereas there seems to be a more cumulative affect to DAO - noticing symptoms such as facial flushing, acid reflux, insomnia and so on, reducing over a couple of weeks after taking DAO with two of the largest meals each day. Also love the convenience of the push button container and tiny size of the tablet. Easy to carry and discreet compared to other brands. Currently on my 3rd order of this product.
