Omega 3 HI-PO is a fish oil supplement providing omega-3 fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form. Each two-softgel serving delivers 1,600 mg of omega-3s, including 800 mg of EPA and 800 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA are fatty acids found naturally in fish and are included here in a form that closely mirrors how they occur in nature. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.

The formula includes lipase in the softgel to support digestion and help reduce fishy aftertaste. Omega 3 HI-PO is tested for banned substances and fits easily into daily routines, alongside meals.
