SulforaBoost® should be swallowed with water. Each capsule provides a balanced dose of both glucoraphanin and myrosinase to support optimal sulforaphane activation.
Most individuals take 1–2 capsules daily, adjusting based on personal needs. Because sulforaphane functions best as a long-term cellular support compound, consistent daily use is encouraged. For those beginning supplementation, one capsule per day is a suitable starting point.
